As the burgeoning development in the Nations continues, growth has spilled over into the neighboring Charlotte Park neighborhood.  With 18 acres of total development, the site master plan included a series of charrettes with the local neighborhood association, Metro officials, and the development team.

The Rows at 670 James will contain 62 townhomes on a remediated brownfield which will give a much needed new face to James Avenue.  The Woods contains 30 single family home and townhouses from small 860 SF homes, several targeting universal design standards, up to 3 Bedroom homes for families.  The hope is to create a multigenerational neighborhood.

The team is working with Nashville Greenways to incorporate a future section of the Greenway through the site as an added amenity to the neighborhood and this development. The greenway connects to a much larger green space at the Mulch Company site which will serve as a central square for all the adjacent parcels.
