Epsilon secured a 10,000 sf space as part of the CitySpace property located in the top six floors of the Renaissance Hotel tower. This space served to consolidate their local Catapult marketing offices into a single location in the downtown Nashville area.
The office, distributed among 2 floors, was created through the consolidation of several existing suites into a single tenant space connected by an internal staircase. This consolidation however presented the challenge of working with the existing diagonal structure to maintain an open office plan. This plan concept was essential to creating a collaborative work environment for Catapult, as well as preserving outside views and daylight throughout the space. New electrical and lighting systems were added, and the existing HVAC was repurposed wherever possible. The full program of the office consisted of a reception area, open office areas, conference/flex rooms, VP offices, phone booths, and a break room.
