"A mixed-use building is being eyed for a site located near The Fairgrounds Nashville.

To offer 108 residential units and 4,000 square feet of retail, the four-story building would sit at 1425 Fourth Ave. S., on the eastern edge of Wedgewood-Houston. Mad Dog Investments owns the 0.9-acre property, having paid almost $2.17 million for it in January 2019, according to Metro records. Mad Dog Investments shares an address with Murfreesboro-based Maples Realty and Auction.

Nashville-based Fulmer Lucas has been retained for engineering and land-planning duties and Centric Architecture for design work."
